Meet Danielle De Merieux
Sage Health provides services to individuals in the community who are 65 years and older.
Sage Health provides care exclusively to Medicare Advantage members of contracted insurance carriers, we do not see Commercial or Medicaid only members.
As a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Danielle De Merieux is excited to be a part of an exceptional team that will provide comprehensive and concierge level of health care to seniors in Baltimore County.
Dr. De Merieux has a passion for providing holistic care for elders and brings her integrated training in Internal Geriatrics, Hospice And Palliative Medicine to each patient.
She has worked in various care settings within Geriatrics over the past few years and served as an attending physician, medical director at several nursing homes and participated in the education of resident physicians.
She has particular interest in preventative medicine, transitions of care, advanced care planning, and optimizing the wellness of …elderly, frail and complex care patients
Outside Of Work
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, she is excited to bein a new chapter here in the Baltimore area.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with her partner and pup..
