Dr. Jeffrey Carlton Beane, MD

Dr. Beane is a native of Camp Hill, PA.
He received his B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and his M.D. Degree from Boston University. Dr. Beane served both his internship and residency at The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, College of Medicine, Pennsylvania State University where he was Chief Orthopaedic Resident. He also served as a team Physician for the Hershey Bears Ice Hockey team and the Penn State football team.
Dr. Beane joined Greensboro Orthopaedic Center in 1993 and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and specializes in spine surgery and sports medicine.
Dr. Beane is involved with the N.C. Athletic Association to implement health standards for high school wrestlers and works actively with the Greensboro Youth Soccer Challenge Cup.
His non-professional interests include wrestling, tennis, sailing, racquetball, martial arts, heavy machinery operations and traveling. Dr. Beane is married to the former Susan Mary Loseth, and …they have four children, Nicholas Carlton, Lauren Elise, Emily Ann and Kristen Nicole.
