Dr. Demain is the Director of the Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Center of Alaska. He is an assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Medicine and adjunct professor at the University of Alaska. A nationally recognized speaker,In 2001, Dr. Demain founded the Asthma and Allergy Foundation ofAmerica, Alaska Chapter. Additionally he is a member on the NationalInsect Allergy Committee, of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthmaand Immunology. Dr. Demain is published in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals, is a review editor on several, and is co-author of a textbook, Cutaneous Allergy.
