He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, Shreveport Medical Society, and Louisiana State Medical Society. Dr. Carmody practices comprehensive ophthalmology including routine eye examination, diabetic, glaucoma management, as well as his specialty in cataract, cornea and refractive (LASIK) surgery. His practice is dedicated to providing each patient individualized and compassionate care as well as the most up-to-date surgical therapeutic options available.
