Dr. Miller received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and his medical degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. He received residency training at the Dent Neurologic Institute in Buffalo. Dr. Miller completed a Fellowship in EEG, Neurophysiology and Epilepsy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Electroencephalography and Neurophysiology.
