Dr. Hixson joined StoneCrest Family Physicians in the winter of 2006. Prior to joining StoneCrest Family Physicians, Dr. Hixson practiced Family Medicine for three years at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Hixson completed his residency and internship at Anderson Area Medical Center in Anderson, South Carolina. During the last year of his residency, he served as Chief Resident.
