Dr. Julie Maria Pena, MD

Dr. Julie Pena is a magna cum laude graduate of The University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received her Medical Degree at Northwestern University School of Medicine.
Dr. Pena completed pathology and dermatology residency programs at The University of Florida College of Medicine and at Southern Illinois University, respectively, along with a one-year internship in internal medicine at Northwestern University School of Medicine. During her dermatology residency, she completed additional surgical training under the direction of Mohs Micrographic surgeon Dr. Robert Buzzell.
Dr. Pena is a board certified dermatologist. She is a Fellow at the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. She specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
