I have always found great fulfillment in helping other people. My judgment and technical skills have allowed me to pursue a career in vascular surgery. It is a great pleasure to help patients avoid catastrophic complications and enjoy the best possible quality of life. The field of vascular surgery is fascinating with many ways to approach various problems. I enjoy the challenge of finding the least invasive and most effective ways of managing the problems facing my patients. I believe that patients appreciate doctors who listen to their problems and concerns. Communication, honesty and setting appropriate expectations are critical when discussing conditions and treatment plans. Outside of the office I enjoy exercising, music, playing the saxophone. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as fly-fishing, skiing and golf.
