To heal it is important to be heard, understood, and seen. We go through different life events and can experience suffering along the way that impairs daily living. My goal is getting to the root of the present challenge to support lasting change so people can experience the well-being they deserve as a human right! I take an integrative, compassionate, and accepting approach meeting people where they are at focusing with experiential, emotion focused, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and person centered approaches to help people heal.
