Melissa Rubenstein, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist and native of Texas. Dr. Rubenstein graduated magna cum laude from Stanford University with a degree in biology. She attended Baylor College of Medicine where she received her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004, graduating with honors and membership in Alpha Omega Alpha, an honorary medical society. She remained in Houston to complete her internship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Rubenstein moved to Dallas to train in Dermatology at UT Southwestern Medical School, where she served as chief resident during her final year. Dr. Rubenstein’s professional interests include the medical treatment of skin disorders, skin cancer detection and treatment, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Outside of her practice, Dr. Rubenstein enjoys spending time with her family and is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas.
