I have many hobbies, including traveling, dancing, and exploring the arts. I believe that moderation is the key to maintaining a healthy and pleasurable life.
About my practice
I am a hospitalist at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center, which means I admit sick patients to the hospital and take care of them once they are admitted. I enjoy helping patients and their families during the stressful time that they are in the hospital, and I try to make the experience less overwhelming for them.
How I thrive
I thrive by taking care of my emotional, spiritual, and physical life. I think nutrition and exercise are critical parts of staying healthy and functional as the years go on. I practice yoga and run to stay in shape. I also enjoy the arts, including music, theater, and museums. Los Angeles provides many opportunities for me to explore the …things I enjoy most.
