Dr. Alling was born and raised in Connecticut before attending Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas then completed his internship and residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Ohio State University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and is currently a member of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Alling began practicing Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with the Canandaigua Medical Group in 1999. Dr. Alling and his wife, Sally, reside in Canandaigua and have two children, Ryan and Sarah. An Ohio State and a Boston Red Sox fan, Dr. Alling enjoys spending time with his family, boating, swimming, working in the yard, and home-grilled foods.
