Richard L. Kofkoff, MD, FACS, is a well-respected and dedicated plastic surgeon who has been engaged in the practice of plastic surgery since 1987. A natice of Connecticut, Dr. Kofkoff attended Brown University where he graduated magna cum laude in 1976. Elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society that selects the top ten percent of medical students, he graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1980. Following medical school, Dr. Kofkoff completed a rigorous five year general surgery residency at Barnes Hopsital and received his plastic surgery training under the direction of the profession’s finest physcians at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Kofkoff has also obtained a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
