Dr. Robert Scott Kagan, MD

Dr. Robert S. Kagan is a board-certified plastic surgeon, serving the northwestern Chicago area for more than 20 years.
Dr. Kagan attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana for both his undergraduate education and medical school. After medical school, Dr. Kagan completed his surgical training at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke%u2019s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He received his plastic and reconstructive surgical training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery, Dr. Kagan actively continues his education and regularly attends medical conferences nationwide. Dr. Kagan is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, contributing his time and expertise on various committees for the advancement of plastic surgery.
