Dr. Roger Neil Passmore, MD

Dr. Passmore is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee. His areas of specialization include foot and ankle, and general orthopaedics. He maintains affiliations with Centennial Medical Center, Saint Thomas Hospital, Premier Orthopaedic Surgery Center, HealthSouth Nashville Surgery Center, Centennial Surgery Center, and Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center. He also has referral privileges at Baptist Hospital.
Dr. Passmore graduated Summa cum Laude in 1991, with a degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. He then received his Medical Degree with honors in 1995 from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. His internship in general surgery was served at the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga at Baroness Erlanger Hospital, where he also served his orthopaedic surgery residency. Dr. Passmore received his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery from …Baylor University in Dallas, Texas in July 2001.
Dr. Passmore’s medical school activities included research in esophageal cancer, participation in Student Research and Awards day, and serving with Interfaith Crisis Ministry. In addition, he was a Gross Anatomy teaching assistant. Dr. Passmore is a published author in several medical journals. Other honors include Alpha Omega Alpha, Senior Department Honors in 1991, Alpha Epsilon Delta, and Phi Kappa Phi. He is a member of the Sigma Tau Epsilon Honor Fraternity.
Dr. Passmore and his wife, Maggie, are the proud parents of a daughter, Taylor and a son, Eli. Aside from his medical practice, Dr. Passmore enjoys cycling, reading, hiking, water sports, and tennis.
