DR. RYAN M. SHERICK, a Fellowship -Trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon. Dr. Sherick grew up on a small farm in Idaho learning at a young age the value of hard work and discipline. Many of his tasks would involve using his hands, and complex tools/instrumentation leading to a stable foundation to build upon for a young physician and surgeon.As a competitive athlete Dr. Sherick sustained several major lower extremity injuries which sparked an interest in patient care, surgical treatment of injuries, and sports medicine. While many would struggle to find a positive outlook on this experience, Dr. Sherick has been able to turn this situation into a positive by being able to have genuine empathy for his patients, while also being able to relate to patients on a personal level.Dr. Sherick prides himself on taking care of his patients as if they’re his own family members. He puts his patient’s needs first, centering treatment around clear patient education, patient’s goals, and expectations for …their treatment outcome.
