The Cumberland Center for Natural Health was founded in 1998 by William Richwine, DO. He graduated in 1986 from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Besides certification in Holistic Integrated Medicine, he holds dual certifiction in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Family Practice.
