Dr. WILLIAM HANNER, DO is a BOARD CERTIFIED GENERAL SURGEON
Tulsa native Dr. William Hanner is a Board Certified General Surgeon with a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University. He started Midtown Surgical & Skin Institute to bring premier and personalized medical care to the Tulsa area in a compassionate, caring setting. During his residency at OSU Medical Center–Tulsa, he earned the position of Chief Surgical Resident. A member of SAGES, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Association, and Tulsa County Medical Society, Dr. Hanner is trained in general surgery for a broad range of benign and malignant conditions. He specializes in skin cancer treatment and surgical skin conditions – many of which can be treated in the office.  As well as endoscopy and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic surgery.
Dr. Hanner loves medicine and cares deeply about the patients he serves. Committed to personalized …care, he has put together a team dedicated to leading the Tulsa area in surgical work that ensures patients the friendly, attentive quality of care they deserve.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, participating in various sports including kickball and softball.  He enjoys spending time with his beautiful daughter and his wife and Broken Arrow native, Kristen Hanner.
