Rachel Reis, CRNP, has two decades of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and their families, helping them achieve mental and physical wellness and ultimately, optimal quality of life. Her experiences as a provider in outpatient psychiatry and as a nurse in inpatient and emergency psychiatry, critical care and healthcare epidemiology, have served to provide Ms. Reis with an intimate understanding of the human experience and a genuine, empathic approach to the treatment of psychiatric conditions. Additionally, Ms. Reis’ appointment as an Instructor at The University of Pennsylvania and her work at The University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), has made her an expert in both college and graduate student mental health and general adult psychiatry.
Ms. Reis provides medication management for Anxiety disorders (such as Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, PTSD and Social Phobia), Mood Disorders (such as Major Depressive …Disorder, Bipolar Affective Disorder (BPAD Types 1 and 2), Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Postpartum Depression, Cyclothymia and Persistent Depressive Disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorders (such as Adult ADHD).
She has a special focus on treating College & Graduate Students. She is board certified to prescribe psychiatric medications.
Ms. Reis offers in-office and virtual Telehealth Psychiatric appointments, at our office in Philadelphia, PA. She can also provide Anxiety Treatment, Depression Treatment, Mood Disorder Treatment and ADHD Treatment and Medication Management to individuals throughout all of Pennsylvania.
Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates is a private practice of Psychiatry with locations in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, on The Main Line, Lehigh Valley, Manhattan (New York City), Wilmington, (Delaware), Southern New Jersey (Collingswood) and Delray Beach, Florida in Palm Beach County.
