Dr. VANCE ALM, MD is a BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
Dr. Alm grew up in North Dakota where he completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University and medical school at the University of North Dakota.
After completing medical school, Dr. Alm accepted a residency position at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada and began training to specialize in family medicine.  During his training Dr. Alm worked at the major hospitals in the Reno-Sparks area including the VA Medical Center, Renown, and St. Mary’s. After completing his residency in 2001, he established his own private practice in Sparks, Nevada and in 2014 relocated his practice to Midtown in Reno.
Teaching
Associate faculty member with the University of Nevada School of Medicine teaching first and second year students in clinical medicine.
