David M. Goldberg, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. He works as an internist with ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practice of Columbia University Medical Center, and sees patients at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester. He graduated with honors from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine, as well as a fellowship in Infectious Diseases, at Columbia University Medical Center (then Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center). Dr. Goldberg has been a staple in the Scarsdale medical community for the more than 30 years. He enjoys primary care because of the opportunity it provides to form long-lasting relationships with his patients and their families. During his decades as a physician in Scarsdale Dr. Goldberg has treated generations of family members. He also values his ability as an internist to treat his patients’ general well-being and health, rather than …just treating one specific symptom or condition. Dr. Goldberg is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and has a special interest in travel medicine, Lyme disease, HIV, and community-acquired infections.
