Dr. Ramsey A. Stone, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Ramsey Stone is a specialized general surgeon in Richardson and Plano, Texas. He is considered a leading voice in the field of advanced surgical technology. He is nationally recognized and has physicians around the world learn from his techniques. He was also one of the first general surgeons in the country to train on the DaVinci robotic surgical platform in 2007.
Dr. Stone graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. His educational experience had an emphasis on robotics and advanced technology. He then completed his medical degree from U.T. Southwestern Medical School where he placed in the top 1% of all physicians taking the national licensing exam. His residency was done at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He is board certified and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
