Other important facets of the practice include addiction therapy, work related injuries and sports related injuries.
Dr. Charochak is not contracted with Medicare, AHCCS or any Government insurance plans.
Dr. Charochak attended the Western University of Health Sciences and is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management. His approach to patient care is with an insightful attitude, caring disposition and desire to help, and, above all, to treat his patients with respect and as if they are a member of his family. Dr. Charochak enjoys sports, such as basketball and football, traveling, and meeting new people. Family …is the most important aspect of his life, and he counts his dependable staff as a second family to him.
