Our pediatrician said it was probably a viral rash – they’re super common in little kids and often show up with no other symptoms. It cleared on its own in about a week. I know it’s hard not to worry, but if he’s acting fine otherwise – playing, eating, sleeping normally – it’s likely nothing serious. Definitely still get it checked at the appointment, but try not to stress too much in the meantime.
