Hey y’all, been dealing with these awful sinus headaches for over a year now… and they just won’t let up. Could it be my allergies acting up? ???? Tried a bunch of stuff but nothing sticks. Anyone else dealing with this? What works for you?

Sounds like allergies might be the culprit. Have you tried antihistamines or nasal sprays?
Ugh, sinus headaches for a year? Your sinuses must really hate you. ???? If allergies are the culprit, you’re probably one sneeze away from losing it. Try a neti pot—basically waterboarding for your nose, but hey, it works for some!
