What finally helped was forcing myself to get morning sunlight as soon as I woke up, even if I was tired. Like, 15 minutes outside with my coffee (decaf after noon though!). The game-changer for me was getting a really good HEPA air purifier for the bedroom and making it a strict no-cat zone. I know it’s hard, but having one room where you can breathe fully helps so much. Also, wiping my cat down with pet allergen wipes weekly helped reduce the dander.

What finally worked for me was rolling my foot on a frozen water bottle first thing in the morning and doing calf stretches before getting out of bed.
For insoles, SuperFeet or Powerstep are good OTC options, but really you need something with firm arch support, not just cushion. Also, never walk barefoot at home, wear supportive sandals or shoes even indoors. Hope you get relief soon!
